However, repair manuals and CD-ROMS may be returned if they are unopened and remain sealed. Electrical parts cannot be returned as well if they have been unsealed or plugged in.

You can expect your refund within 30 days after we receive your return request and the part(s) in its original condition. The time varies depending on how long the manufacturer takes to approve the return. Upon approval, we will then credit the refund to the credit card you used for the purchase and you will receive a “credit approved” email.

The warranty will not cover the following:

  1. Any amount that exceeds that of the original sale.
  2. Part damage or failure because of abuse, misuse, improper repair or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.
  3. Freight charges, cost of parts removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damage.
  4. Lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under warranty. The customer must coordinate with the shipping company instead.

When returning an item, it must have the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) otherwise that it will not be accepted.
